Type : Horizontal Chamber Chamber Diameter : 36 inch (~910mm) It has Pre-Treatment (PLASMA), High Vacuum Pumps, and PECVD (Plasma-Equipment Chemical Vapour Deposition) Very useful for Automotive reflector applications. Almost new condition, as it is used very rarely.

The DGK 36 inch equipment comes with all facilities, control systems and auxiliary appliances for the metallization of plastic and metal components. It’s equipped with the newest PLASMA options for the preparation and the pre-treatment of the part to be metallized: through the PLASMA application it is possible to increase the adhesion onto the substrate of the aluminum deposited. This PLASMA process is applied directly in the same DGK36 cycle, before the metallization of the aluminium phase. The automation software and the PLASMA systems guarantee maximum uniformity and quick operation.
